Payment processing for course bookings, shop purchases and donations is handled by Stripe Inc., 510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. No credit card data is stored on our servers at any time.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

For disputes arising from or in connection with this website, Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland. The association is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
